The Vision of Calvary Chapel Anaheim Hills (CCAH’s
Vision)
“The Spirit Led Church in the Whole Counsel of God
for its Beliefs and their Consequent Practices”
CCAH’s
vision is plainly “Let go, let God” because CCAH is Lord’s church, "Jesus is all in all,"
not Peter’s, my, our, or any human church. So, the Lord’s
ministers are not seeking His sheep’s possession, but His sheep’s being
to be presented perfectly in Christ Jesus to the Lord, until the Lord comes
again (Rom 8:4, 14; Mat 16:18; John 21:15; Col 1:29; 2 Cor 12:14). |
Today is November 25,
2020. A pastor and his family were
invited to our home in the Thanksgiving season. He asked me CCAH’s vision,
expecting a particular plan for the future on the earth. I said, “I have the
vision that I witness Christ, the word of God, and the word of God in my life
by the Spirit anywhere and anytime until rapture or death. I as His bondservant am ministering to and
teaching every word of God to His sheep -- as to the Lord, not to men -- to
be led by the Spirit and to live daily by every word of God wherever and
whenever. Every morning I am often excited how our Lord is leading today. CCAH
is the Spirit Led Church in the Whole Counsel of God for its beliefs and
their consequent practices.” However, he did not understand my answer quietly. Then, I told
him about how the Lord has led His own church, CCAH – Jesus told Peter of neither
your church nor our church, but of “My church” (Mat 16:18) bought with His
bloodshed -- not depending upon the
numbers of members and donations but responding to them by depending upon the
owner, the Lord, His words, or His spirit,
so far, such as staff and me as the followers of Him through
moment-to-moment prayers including repentance, request for God and for us,
hearing of even His still small voice, patiently waiting, glorifying Him, etc.,
daily expository studies of every word in the Bible, ministers – either paid or volunteer – with Joy, not
much anxious of tomorrow, use whatever given by Him for God and for our
neighbors with willing mind, thanks
for all increase by Him, not by us -- over 300 local members, almost 2
million members through internet, 16 unreached facilities, over 10 books
published, trade-marked CCAH PRESS®, over 20 mission fields, veterans, the
homeless, the elderly, the drug addicts, etc. --- with Proverbs 3:5-6. Then, he understood it. Here it is excerpted from the book of “The
Truth Matters: Even in Covid-19” https://calvarychapelanaheimhills.com/Books.htm “In Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean
not on your own understanding; 6 In
all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths,” all is
all. First, we should trust in the
Lord 100 % from our heart, that we would trust in the whole scriptures every
word of God. Second, we might have understood our life by some words of God,
spiritual experiences, or human thoughts, before the Covid-19. But we should
not lean on our understanding – not rely on our understanding and move
forward -- not pursuing only on offline services. God’s thoughts are more
than the sand in the sea (Psalm 139:17-18). So, we would not set up a dogma
upon our understanding, not put the newly coming ways in our frame of the
dogma. Then in “all your ways,” which we may respond to, we should apply His
word to all our ways (diversities or varieties), that we are searching which
word in the whole scriptures is applicable to a particular way which is open
before us, walking after the Spirit, not after flesh. We respond to a newly
coming way, leaning on an applicable understood word of God and moving
forward because we trust in Him or every His word with all our heart. We
acknowledge that God allowed “all
your ways” such as the Covid-19 because even a sparrow would not fall to
ground without God’s will (Mat 10:29).
In another way, so do we live, as we shall live by every word of God
(Luke 4:4)…………...” In His grace, peace,
and love always to every sheep on the earth, Wayne Kim His bondservant |
Today is December 11,
2017. God’s continuing Work through His Church in Acts 29! Several years ago, I
joined in a mission conference of over 1,000 participants. I wouldn’t forget
that many participants asked me a racial background question every meal time,
although then I had lived over 30 years in the United States and have been an
American citizen. Then, almost all
participants were whites. They might have had a curiosity or something else.
We (I and Staff) didn’t think they had a bad intent but we didn’t know their
hearts. No staff had asked me such a question despite most whites. What if I
were a white? Nobody would have
asked such a question. Then, through fervent prayers to let go and let God,
God led us to publish the book of De Facto Partiality. Today we are so
thankful to our Lord. Amazingly, our
Lord as the holder of power is working continually through us to teach all
the word of God to “12 local places, whites over 50%, and online sheep”
toward all nations, by the excellent way of Agape love (KJV Great Commission
& Great Commandments), adding His sheep to CCAH His church (toward 200
sheep locally and over 1 million sheep through internet), regardless of race,
gender, age, wealth, or education. God’s
continual works to teach all nations through internet, by liberating from the
racial partiality or any partiality, has been so exciting us always. It was
confirmed by newly established Calvary Global Network (CGN) through Pastor
Brian, in addition to Calvary Chapel Association (CCA). Also, we give thanks
to the Lord for the western cultured Saints to seek a reason to understand
the word of God rather than the other cultured to seek a testimony form the
word of God, as well as for English today commonly use, like the Greek
language in the New Testament time. Many ministers who use other languages
translate English into their home languages in order to teach their people. We
ministers are just followers of the Lord, serving joyfully as to the Lord,
though we don’t know tomorrow. Our
Lord is continually building His church, i.e. God’s continuing Work through
CCAH His Church in Acts 29. How so
thankful that He is amazingly building CCAH, as we did not expect at the
birth of CCAH. Soli Deo gloria |
